Job summary

ISS UK is seeking a Workplace Supervisor to be the face of an exceptional workplace experience. This role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, at £15.00 per hour, and requires a confident, friendly and organized person who loves making a great first impression.

As part of ISS and our client, you will greet colleagues and visitors, respond to enquiries, complete daily checklists and inspections, support room bookings, and ensure offices, meeting rooms and kitchens are clean, safe and presentable.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a corporate environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and workplace systems.
• Customer-focused with a passion for great service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome colleagues and guests with a friendly, professional approach.
• Act as a key point of contact, responding to enquiries quickly and positively.
• Complete daily checklists and inspections to maintain high standards.
• Support room bookings and guest arrivals using the relevant systems.
• Ensure offices, meeting rooms and kitchen areas are clean, safe and presentable.
• Monitor cleanliness, comfort and the overall quality of the workplace environment.
• Follow all client security procedures and site requirements.
• Work closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding service.
