Job summary

Swinton Estate is seeking a professional Guest Services Assistant to join the Front of House team at Swinton Park Hotel. You will welcome guests, handle reservations, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless arrival and stay.

The role is full-time (40 hours over 7 days), with a salary of £26,437 per annum plus monthly TRONC. Hospitality experience and Rezlynx/MS Office proficiency are desirable; GCSEs in Maths and English are required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/customer service experience desirable but not essential.
• Experience using Rezlynx is advantageous.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Provide information on hotel, facilities and local attractions.
• Handle guest feedback and enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with Front of House, Hosts, Reservations and other departments.
• Manage guest records and billing information; process payments.
