Job summary

McDonald’s United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Care role where you will be the face of the restaurant, delivering a welcoming experience and maintaining high standards of hospitality. You will assist customers, keep spaces clean, and help ensure every visit is positive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, and you’ll work across weekdays and weekends with shifts across early mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
