• Comfort with using kiosks and mobile apps for orders.

Responsibilities

• Welcome first, always. Greet every guest with energy and a smile.
• Know the menu inside out. Answer questions and promote promos.
• Help guests use kiosks or the app and show how to customize orders.
• Keep things moving by managing crowd flow and order updates.
• Handle complaints calmly and escalate to a Team Leader or GM when needed.
