Job summary

Benugo Limited, operating within WSH and John Lewis, is hiring for hourly staff with a rate of £12.71 per hour, increasing to £14.80 after probation. You’ll help maintain a high-quality customer experience, assist with kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning, and handle tills when required.

• Organise deliveries and stock fridges using FIFO.
• Flexible to work on tills and on the floor serving food and drinks.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
• Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
• To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process.
• Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
• To ensure all labels and prices are correct.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
• To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks.
• Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
• To attend all training and development course as requested.
• To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
