Job summary

Kith on Regent Street in London is seeking a Junior Waiter to deliver best-in-class service from seating to checkout. You will work closely with Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure seamless dining experiences and uphold brand standards.

This role requires a personable, guest-centric approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Open evenings, weekends and holidays; Level 2 Food Hygiene required; 1+ year serving in an elevated dining setting; capable of lifting

Qualifications

• 1+ years of serving experience in an elevated dining environment.
• Ability to lift and move 25lbs.
• Open to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests.
• Accurately taking food & beverage orders and communicating them to the kitchen staff.
• Communicating any food allergies or special dietary needs to the kitchen staff.
• Making menu recommendations.
• Ensuring orders are filled in a timely manner and meet brand standards.
• Provide attentive service and check in with guests throughout their dining experience.
• Address guest service issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Complete cleaning tasks in Front of House and Back of House.
