• Deliver a high-quality Conference & Event dining experience, ensuring all guest expectations are met throughout their visit.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, including ingredients, allergens, and service standards.
• Provide professional, friendly service while assisting guests and handling enquiries or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures in line with departmental standards and assigned responsibilities.
• Monitor operating supplies, minimising spoilage and wastage to support cost control and sustainability efforts.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage and Events teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, its services, and facilities, enhancing the overall guest experience.
