Job summary

The Talent Division is seeking a Front of House & Sales Executive in Chesterfield. You will be the first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales activities and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day running.

Ideal candidates will have customer-facing or front-of-house experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales support or front-of-house role.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression at all times.
• Managing inbound telephone calls, emails and customer enquiries.
• Supporting the sales process through administration, quotations and customer follow-up.
• Assisting customers with product and service enquiries.
• Promoting the company's products and services to maximise sales opportunities.
• Managing stock levels and inventory requirements.
• Coordinating purchasing activities and supplier relationships.
• Supporting logistics and delivery processes to ensure customers receive an outstanding service.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring operational processes run smoothly.
• Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
