Job summary

Hotel du Vin Poole is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our team. You will be the face of the hotel, greet guests, handle queries with warmth and enthusiasm, and help deliver memorable service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This permanent part-time role offers £13.01 per hour for 24 hours a week, three days out of seven, with extensive staff perks and development opportunities, including an apprenticeship pathway and staff discounts across Malmaison, Hotel du Vin and Frasers

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Hotel du Vin Poole, greet guests and handle queries with warmth and professionalism.
• Deliver courteous, high-quality service to create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.
• Set a welcoming tone on arrival and ensure every guest departs feeling valued and well cared for.
• Support internal development and progression opportunities, including apprenticeship pathways.
