Job summary

Bespoke Hotels in the UK is seeking a Duty Manager to help deliver excellent service, support the Food and Beverage team, and assist the Duty Manager in maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar Duty Manager/supervisory role.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering great service.
• Reliable and eager to learn as part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the smooth running of the hotel and that the set standards are met and maintained at all times.
• To create an environment which promotes employee motivation and pride in their work, the hotel and themselves.
• To seek every opportunity to maximise sales by promoting the hotel and encouraging upsell by staff.
• To work within the departmental budget framework and control stocks and costs to maximise efficiency.
