Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking an Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a proven ability to deliver outstanding guest service within a hospitality environment.

You will lead a team to uphold service standards, train staff, and ensure compliance with health, safety and COSHH requirements, while supporting the General Manager in their absence and driving the business objectives forward.

Qualifications

• Strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position.
• Ability to deliver great service to guests.
• Passionate about hospitality, reliable and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all employees consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards.
• Ensuring a high degree of guest care, whilst consistently aiming by set criteria to meet the Financial and Business objectives.
• To act on behalf of the General Manager in their absence.
• To carryout quality training and coaching in a systematic and professional manner.
• Monitor and comply with all company and legal statutory requirements.
• Ensure the Company Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH legislations are adhered to; this will involve action and appropriate training.
• To carry out the departmental welcome induction to the set company standard.
• Complete performance reviews in line with Company policy and ensure agreed objectives are set.
