We are recruiting for a Guest Experience Manager at one of the coolest hotels in Hoxton! The 26-floor art’otel Hoxton offers a stunning skyline view, gallery space, two Banksy originals on display, 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym, and two restaurants.

As our Guest Experience Manager, you will receive:

• Liaise with Front of House teams to ensure guest satisfaction, colleague satisfaction, financial goals, and responsible business targets are met.
• Ensure smooth daily operations with effective communication.
• Have full operational knowledge of all procedures, with familiarity in Opera, Hotsos, Micros, and Alcatel (not essential but preferable).
• Possess good knowledge of the Hoxton/Shoreditch area.
• Lead by example, inspiring your team with your passion for exceptional customer service.
• Manage and develop your team through leadership, briefings, and coaching.
