Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the daily restaurant operation at King Street Townhouse, Manchester. You will oversee service across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, maintaining high guest satisfaction and staff development.

You will collaborate with the F&B Manager and kitchen teams to uphold standards, drive commercial performance, and ensure safety and compliance in a premium all-day dining setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Good knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
• Maintain high guest service standards and polished hospitality.
• Coach and develop team members; deliver daily briefings and sections assignments.
• Support revenue growth through upselling and guest engagement; manage labour and stock.
• Ensure HACCP, safety compliance and accurate shift handovers.
