Brindisa Tapas is seeking an experienced Reception Manager to lead the front-of-house team and ensure a seamless guest experience in a busy London setting.

You will manage reservations, VIPs, and guest flow, training staff to maintain high service standards and a personal touch that reflects the Brindisa brand. This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using SevenRooms and/or OpenTable.
• Passionate about hospitality with excellent service standards and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and delegation skills.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and resilient under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and inspire the reception team
• Manage reservations, enquiries, VIPs, and guest flow
• Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring memorable experiences
• Support wider restaurant operations during peak periods
