Job summary

Nuffield Health Brentwood is seeking a Front of House Team Member for our Oxfordshire facility, working 8 hours per week in a part-time role. You will greet members and visitors and support reception and café operations, delivering a friendly and professional first impression.

You should have strong communication skills, basic Word/Excel abilities, and a flexible, proactive approach. Lifeguard coverage may require on-site training, contributing to a healthy, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Good communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Basic computer literacy including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to visitors.
• Support the smooth running of reception and café areas.
• Help create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Give a warm welcome and answer queries with care and clarity.
• Support the café team with preparing and serving healthy food and drinks.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to train on site for Lifeguard breaks.
