Job summary

Vertiq Hospitality Partners, Edinburgh Haymarket, is seeking a Receptionist/Guest Service Representative for Four Points by Sheraton. You will be the first point of contact for guests, manage the switchboard, and pass on information about facilities, promotions, and rewards programs.

You should have experience in front office operations, solid customer service skills, familiarity with Opera PMS and Marriott Bonvoy, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in a busy hotel

Qualifications

• Experience in front office operations and guest services.
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems and guest billing procedures.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS and the Marriott Bonvoy programme.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for guests at reception.
• Handle switchboard and guest inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Ensure charges are correctly posted and resolve any discrepancies.
• Enrol new Marriott Bonvoy members and promote rewards benefits.
• Provide a warm, professional guest experience aligned with Four Points by Sheraton standards.
