Castle Inn, part of The Manor House estate, offers a historic Cotswolds inn with relaxed dining and warm, welcoming service.

You will join as a Food & Beverage Assistant that values leadership, creativity, collaboration, and pride in everything you do, delivering warm and professional service

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant who takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when serving guests.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service across restaurant, bar and lounge areas.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen.
• Serve dishes and beverages to the required standards of timing and presentation.
• Set up, clear and reset tables efficiently to support smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.
• Offer confident menu knowledge and assist guests with queries or recommendations.
• Process payments accurately and follow company procedures.
• Support Food & Beverage operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and bar service.
• Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times.
