Qualifications

• Previous experience within a professional kitchen environment, ideally preparing breakfast dishes.
• Passion for food and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work early morning shifts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes in line with kitchen standards.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service for hotel guests.
• Maintain consistency, quality and presentation across all breakfast offerings.
• Prepare ingredients and mise en place for breakfast service.
• Ensure food hygiene, health and safety standards are always met.
• Assist with stock rotation and minimise waste.
• Support the wider kitchen team as required and contribute to a positive working environment.
