Job summary

Showcase Cinemas UK is seeking a dynamic Guest Experience Lead to join our team. In this front-facing role, you will lead by example in the cinema and front-of-house areas to deliver outstanding service every day and uphold our brand standards.

You will train, coach and develop team members, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and provide vital support to the wider management team to help the cinema succeed.

Job description

Hours of work: You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 6-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period, including evening and weekends.

The cinema is open 364 days of the year; your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

To be successful in this role you must have proven customer service experience in retail, cinema or hospitality, good communication skills and be able to demonstrate team leadership potential.
