Soho House in London is seeking a dedicated Host to greet members and guests, manage table bookings, and support the floor team to ensure smooth seating and service. You will deliver excellent hospitality from arrival to departure and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere across shifts.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar setting, a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments, and flexible weekend availability. Training and career development are emphasized within the club environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar host/guest-facing role.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and handle pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and respectful towards guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet members and guests warmly.
• Manage seating and the booking system (OpenTable/Opera) during service.
• Support floor team by setting up tables, linens, cutlery and glassware.
• Provide detailed knowledge of menus, allergies and pairings to guests.
• Resolve guest inquiries with high hospitality standards and professionalism.
