Premier Inn in Glasgow Stepps is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast or dinner service. You’ll be a friendly, proactive host, supporting guests and colleagues across the hotel to ensure smooth stays.

The role is part-time (15 hours per week), paying up to £13.06 per hour, with shifts including evenings and weekends. You’ll join a team that keeps reception, restaurant, and public areas looking their best.

We're currently recruiting in our Glasgow Stepps (M80 / J3) Premier Inn. Working 15 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.

Ground Floor Team Member – Glasgow Stepps (M80 / J3) Premier Inn

You are the first person many of our guests meet. And often the last before they leave.

As a Ground Floor Team Member, you’ll welcome guests, help them check in, answer questions, serve breakfast or dinner and do whatever it takes to help their stay go smoothly.

No two shifts are quite the same. One moment you could be helping a family check in before their holiday. The next you might be serving breakfast, recommending somewhere local to eat or helping solve a problem for a guest.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Location: Glasgow Stepps (M80 / J3) Premier Inn - Crowood Roundabout, Cumbernauld Road, Stepps, Glasgow, G33 6HT

Shifts:Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you’ll do

As a Ground Floor Team Member, no two shifts look exactly the same.

Depending on where you’re needed, you might:

Welcome guests and help them check in
Serve breakfast or evening meals
Answer questions and help solve problems
Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure

This isn’t a role where you'll spend your shift in one place. You’ll be helping guests, supporting teammates and keeping the hotel running smoothly.

Some of our best Ground Floor Team Members have joined us from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service.
