Position: Guest Experience Host | Location: City | £35,000

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable first impressions? Our client is seeking a warm, professional, and proactive Guest Experience Host to join their prestigious client site.

As the face of the firm, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience that reflects the highest standards of hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming and hosting guests with warmth and professionalism
• Managing visitor check-ins, issuing passes, and notifying hosts
• Providing refreshments and anticipating guest needs
• Coordinating meeting room bookings and hospitality requirements
• Supporting internal teams with admin, travel bookings, and event coordination
• Maintaining immaculate reception and lounge areas
• Acting as a key liaison for staff, clients, and service partners
