Job summary

Hyde is seeking a Host to be the welcoming face that sets the tone for our guests’ dining experience. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of service in the restaurant.

You’ll set the stage for a memorable guest experience, handle reservations over the phone, manage cash and card payments, and occasionally assist the team on the floor. You’ll stay ahead of the beat, anticipate needs, and provide proactive solutions to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy Front of House role.
• A customer-focused mindset with a welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to be flexible, adapt to different guests and teams.
