Job summary

Host & Hostess in Greater London is seeking a hospitable and responsive host/hostess to greet guests, seat them, and support the team during service. You will manage cloakroom duties, print menus and plans, and help maximise restaurant capacity while ensuring a smooth guest experience.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with a focus on excellent communication, teamwork, and a strong attention to detail. Prior hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.

• Greeting guests and being the first point of call.
• Ensuring a pleasant welcome and cherry goodbye.
• Managing the cloakroom service.
• Seating guests, informing the management of any requirements.
• Supporting the senior team during service.
• Flexibility in working days and hours.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Using Seven Rooms to maximise restaurant capacity.
• Menu and table plan printing.
• Supporting the restaurant team to turn tables.
• Reporting any problems to the relevant manager.
• Passion for drinks, hospitality and guest experience.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and a willingness to help build something from the ground up.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential.
