Job summary

Hays is recruiting a temporary Guest Experience Host for our Manchester city centre site. The role acts as the frontline ambassador, supporting the on-site management team to deliver an exceptional occupier and visitor experience and uphold high building standards.

You will handle a varied workload in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer-centric service and proactive communication. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in guest experience, concierge, or front-of-house roles, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar guest experience, concierge, or front-of-house role.
• Front-of-house or reception experience is necessary.
• Comfortable using technology and administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to visitors and occupiers.
• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues quickly.
• Communicate courteously in person, by phone, and email.
• Support switchboard cover and general reception duties.
• Liaise with contractors and management to support maintenance activities.
• Log and track maintenance requests and ensure service standards.
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation in common areas.
• Assist with room bookings, meeting room set-ups, and events.
• Maintain tenant contact lists and site documentation.
• Contribute to Health & Safety processes and audits.
• Support marketing and engagement activity, including site events.
