National Trust Standen in East Grinstead is seeking a friendly Welcome & Service Team Member to greet visitors, provide information and help ensure a memorable visit. You’ll be the public face of the property, delivering great customer service and answering questions.

The role is fixed-term until 28 February 2027 with annualised hours; 5-week pattern including 3 weekends in 5, with specific shifts. A simple online assessment replaces a CV.

Qualifications

• Compliance. Some roles require eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great all-round customer service experience and answer queries.
• Assist in directing cars in the car park when needed.
• Contribute to memorable visitor experiences and promote property events.
