Crescent Hotels & Resorts at Dream Hollywood in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to warmly greet guests, register them, and check them out while ensuring outstanding service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities include using the POS system, inputting and retrieving information, upselling hotel services, answering inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly, proactive approach. Flexible shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Guest Experience Agent or in a high-volume customer service role.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems.
• Customer-focused with a positive, friendly attitude.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and complete registration and checkout processes.
• Input, retrieve and relay guest information and room details.
• Upsell hotel services and promote programs to maximize occupancy.
• Answer questions, resolve guest inquiries and handle requests promptly.
• Receive, relay and manage messages for guests.
