Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor for the Dream Hollywood front office team in Los Angeles. You will manage overnight check-ins, answer phones, process reservations, and keep accounting and front desk operations running smoothly.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of hotel front office or night audit experience, strong attention to detail, and good computer and communication skills; Hyatt brand experience and Opera Cloud knowledge are a plus.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

You will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly during the overnight shift. You will check in guests, answer phones and take reservations, respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies, process invoice and reconcile accounts. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts, keep accurate financial records and ledgers, help prepare for forecasts and audits.

Does this sound like you?

You have at least 1-2 years of hotel front office experience or prior experience as a Night Auditor. You have an eye for detail and a passion to provide quality of service to our guests. You have prior Hyatt brand experience, excellent computer, customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of Otelier and Opera Cloud preferred.
