Harri.com is seeking a friendly, energetic hospitality team member to welcome guests and support them throughout their stay. You’ll provide detailed information about services, assist with dinner bookings, and guide guests through check-in.

Competenze

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing and energetic with a large smile.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.

Mansioni

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and provide a welcoming check-in experience.
• Provide guests with information about stay times and services (breakfast, bar, entrance locations).
• Suggest dinner bookings in the pub/restaurant for guests.
• Inform guests about the Innkeepers Lodge guest experience survey at check-in.
• Address guest queries and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
• Serve guests efficiently and manage reservations and phone inquiries with excellent service.
