Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our celebrated UK brand. You will welcome guests with warmth and professionalism and assist with enquiries about our restaurants, dishes and specials. You’ll also ensure allergen information is relayed to the kitchen accurately and promptly.

This role offers competitive hourly pay plus Tronc and a minimum of 20 hours per week, within our dynamic and supportive team environment across our renowned venues.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive a warm and professional welcome on arrival and a fond farewell on departure.
• Provide information to guests about the restaurant, menu, and specials.
• Relay allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.
