Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Host to warmly welcome members and guests, manage seating and booking flow, and support the floor team to create an exceptional dining experience.

You will greet guests by name, handle inquiries, and ensure bookings are seated correctly using Opera/OpenTable. A positive, guest-focused attitude is essential for delivering outstanding service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in similar capacity

Responsibilities

• Welcome every member by name and guest with hospitality
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly
• Manage Opera/OpenTable booking system to seat members according to their booking
• Address member concerns in real time and notify management
• Build relationships with members and guests; relay feedback to team
• Support floor team with table setup and service readiness
• Knowledgeable about menus to advise on allergens and pairings
• Handle member complaints professionally and discreetly
• Support VIPs and PWKs with discretion and professionalism
• Attend briefings, tastings, and assist colleagues as needed
