Job summary

Manorview is seeking a friendly, organised hospitality host to warmly welcome guests and manage bookings at our property in Scotland. You will handle guest communications across channels, oversee contractor sign-ins, and help maintain accurate guest records in our system.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure while delivering a memorable first impression.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workload (Essential)

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet our guests on arrival
• Manage internal and external communications from guests across channels
• Ensure external contractors are signed in and aware of fire safety procedures
• Take bookings payments, manage deposits and banking during your shift
• Update guest information in the system as required
