Job summary

• Excellent sense of quality and service, hosting skills and passion for hospitality.
• Solid command of English.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out of guests.
• Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options.
• Invoicing and handling payments, cash transactions and cashing up.
• Organisational and administrative tasks in front and back office (emails, no-shows).
• Gain interdepartmental insights by working in multicultural teams.
