Job summary

AC Hotel by Marriott Manchester Salford Quays is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team and deliver memorable guest experiences. The role is salary-based on hourly rate with a weekly 40-hour schedule across 5 days.

You will ensure service excellence, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and support events and daily operations in a busy hotel environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team in daily duties.
• Assist in preparation and serving of food and beverages.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and health & safety compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries.
• Support operations: setting up/clearing tables, restocking, inventory tasks.
• Coordinate and execute events and special functions.
• Ensure areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably.
