Job summary

AC Hotel by Marriott Manchester Salford Quays is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the dining team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will oversee service, assist with preparation and presentation of food and drinks, ensure safety and cleanliness, handle guest inquiries, and support events and daily operations.

• Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
