Qualifications

• Food and Beverage experience isn't essential, but guest experience matters most.
• Strong communication skills to engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues across the hotel.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep the dining area clean and tidy.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
