Qualifications

• Experience in bar, restaurant, or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in handling payments and using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and friendly attitude.
• Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate dietary needs, allergies, or preferences to the kitchen.
• Keep bar and dining areas clean, organised, and inviting.
• Process payments using MICROS or similar POS systems.
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Support closing duties and restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Take on additional tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
