Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to deliver first-class dining experiences for guests in our venues. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and process payments while maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.

You’ll restock supplies, assist with food preparation as required, and work flexibly including nights, weekends and holidays, in a team-focused environment aligned with Aimbridge’s People, Product, Guest and Performance pillars.

Qualifications

• Food and Beverage experience isn't essential, but you should be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• An ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent service.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised dining area.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of...

As Food and Beverage Assistant you'll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive, first class dining experience. You'll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised dining area, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed whilst working agilely to support the rest of the wider business. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential for this role and you'll always work with Aimbridge's four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.

What do we need from you?
