The Club Company in Hitchin is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. You will set up tables and event spaces, greet and serve guests, and deliver food and drinks with a focus on exceptional service to Club Members and guests.

You will assist across front-of-house including bar and Barista duties while maintaining bar areas, handling money, and upselling offerings. A great chance to grow within a prestigious golf and country club.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer-facing role desirable
• Food safety certification and/or HACCP desirable
• Excellent standard of presentation essential

Responsabilidades

• Set up tables and event spaces
• Greet and serve guests, delivering food and drinks promptly
• Maintain well-stocked bar areas and money handling procedures
• Assist in front-of-house, including full bar and Barista duties
