Job summary

The Club Company invites applications for a dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant at our premium golf and country club locations across the UK. You will set up tables and event spaces, greet guests, serve meals and drinks, and help maintain bar areas, with a focus on delivering memorable dining experiences for members and guests.

Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will also upsell offerings, handle cash procedures, and support in front-of-house duties including Barista tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role desirable.
• Food safety certification and/or HACCP certified is desirable.
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Setting up tables and event spaces, greeting and serving guests.
• Delivering food and drinks promptly and maintaining bar areas.
• Upselling offerings, clearing and cleaning tables, handling money procedures.
• Assisting in front-of-house areas including full bar and Barista duties.
