Job summary

The Resident Victoria in London is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the Front of House team, ensuring smooth guest flow and exceptional service at the hotel’s reception. You will be the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest queries, providing a warm, professional experience throughout every stay.

You will also support management with staff training, health and safety compliance, and maintaining our high standards of service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest service environment.
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to lead a Front of House team and manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front of House team to efficiently manage front desk tasks; be the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interactions; monitor guest satisfaction and oversee the building and all guests and team members during shifts.
• Support hotel management to ensure staff are trained and compliant with Health and Safety requirements and uphold Standards of Excellence.
