Job summary

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill in Marylebone is seeking a friendly Door Host to welcome guests, assist with arrival and departure experiences, and provide courteous luggage handling and guest support. You will coordinate transportation, guide parking options, and work with Front Office to anticipate needs while upholding Hyatt standards and a spirit of care.

A full, valid driver’s licence is essential, and flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with arrival and departure.
• Assist with luggage handling, vehicle arrivals, and guest requests.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements, taxis, and parking guidance.
• Maintain a safe, organized hotel entrance and keep external areas clean.
• Safeguard guest belongings and vehicle keys.
• Recommend facilities, services, dining and local attractions.
• Collaborate with Front Office and hotel teams to anticipate needs.
• Uphold Hyatt brand standards and safety procedures.
