Job summary

Task Personnel Solutions is recruiting Waiting Staff to work across hospitality, catering, restaurant and event venues in the UK. You will provide friendly, professional service, take orders, and support front-of-house operations to ensure a smooth dining experience.

You may work in restaurants, hotels, cafés, bars or events, welcoming guests, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and helping create a positive dining experience. Opportunities for training and varied shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused waitstaff with a friendly, professional approach.
• Flexibility to work across venues and shifts.
• Ability to take food and drink orders accurately and politely.
• Good presentation and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide to tables where needed.
• Present menus and explain food and drink options.
• Take orders accurately and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously.
• Answer questions and accommodate special requests.
• Communicate dietary requirements to the kitchen.
• Clear and reset tables between guests.
• Keep dining areas clean and presentable.
• Assist with setup and closing of service areas.
• Handle customer payments when required.
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service.
