As a Restaurant Team Member, you will provide and create exceptional guest experiences, from warmly welcoming customers to delivering fast, accurate service in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a positive team player with excellent communication skills, ready to work a range of hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive team player with flexibility to cover various shifts.
• Willingness to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly service.
• Deliver fast, accurate service to all customers.
• Resolve simple enquiries and refer complex issues to a Manager.
• Maintain food prep areas and store items according to health standards.
• Carry out temperature checks and record as required.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning as per schedule.
• Follow safety standards and PPE guidelines.
• Support restocking and maintain clean kitchen/restaurant areas.
• Contribute to achieving restaurant goals and targets.
• Report near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly.
