Greypaul Ferrari Glasgow, part of the Sytner Group, is seeking a friendly Host to welcome customers into our showroom. You will create a premium first impression and ensure every visitor feels valued in this luxury environment.

As the first contact, you will support the sales team, direct guests, offer refreshments, maintain a spotless showroom, and deliver personalised service that upholds Ferrari’s reputation for excellence.

• Welcoming customers and visitors into the showroom.
• Making customers feel comfortable and offering refreshments.
• Finding out what customers need and directing them to the right department or team member.
• Answering incoming phone calls and passing enquiries to the correct person.
• Supporting the sales team and other departments.
• Keeping the showroom clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Providing friendly, professional and personalised customer service.
• Anticipating customer needs and going the extra mile to make their visit special.
• Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and paying attention to detail.

About the Role

Greypaul Ferrari Glasgow is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and professional Host to welcome customers into our showroom.

As a Ferrari Host, you will be the first person customers meet when they arrive. You will help create a great first impression and make sure every customer feels welcome, comfortable and valued.

We are looking for someone who is confident, approachable and genuinely enthusiastic about meeting people. You should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to make every customer feel valued from the moment they arrive.
