You will keep guest records up to date in the computer system, ensure room keys are safely managed, and contribute to a warm, efficient front desk experience. Hotel front-desk experience is preferred.

• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in 3/4-star hotel is desired but not essential

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.

• Ensure the security of room keys.
• Update all guest information in the computer system.
• Take and confirm reservations for guests
