Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Night Receptionist in Manchester to greet guests, check them in, process payments and answer inquiries about facilities and local attractions. This role emphasizes customer service, independence, and staying calm under pressure in a busy hotel environment.

Training through the Dalata Academy is available to support career growth. Experience in a 3/4-star hotel is welcome but not essential, and there are opportunities for internal advancement within our growing

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
Registered guests and process their payments.
Respond to any inquiries guests may have about in-house facilities and local tourist information.
Ensure the security of room keys.
Update all guest information in the computer system.
Take and confirm reservations for guests
