The role requires a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a luxury setting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in luxury/hospitality preferred.
• Passion for customer service and people interaction.
• Confident handling of guest concerns professionally.
• Excellent communication, presentation and service skills.
• Comfort with PMS systems and multitasking under pressure.
• Warm, polished, guest-first demeanor.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and check them in with impeccable hospitality.
• Handle check-outs, reservations, payments and inquiries efficiently.
• Provide personalised recommendations to enhance stays.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Address issues with confidence and ownership to resolve them.
• Upsell rooms, amenities and hotel services.
• Respond to guest emails and online inquiries in a timely, personalised manner.
• Maintain front desk presentation and lobby standards.
• Coordinate special occasions (birthdays, VIP arrivals).
• Build rapport with guests and recognise returning visitors.
• Arrange in-room amenities for VIPs and special requests.
• Assist with guest luggage and booking services as needed.
