Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with experience in hospitality and strong communication. A proactive team player who helps drive guest satisfaction and daily revenue is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in hospitality or reception is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at reception and greet guests.
• Handle bookings, inquiries, and daily administrative tasks.
• Support sales growth through guest engagement and upselling.
