Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking an exceptional Receptionist to join its team, delivering courteous, efficient service and maximising room revenues in line with company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills with at least one year of relevant experience.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/out, queries and bookings while upholding Bespoke’s Be-Attitude values and ensuring guest satisfaction across daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience in a similar position is essential.
• Experience in a hotel or with people in a customer-related role.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to follow standards.
• Able to communicate well to guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with daily hotel operations: arrivals, departures and special requests.
• Greet guests, check in/check out in line with company standards.
• Upsell services and manage enquiries promptly and courteously.
• Handle till procedures and cash in line with policy.
• Operate telephone system professionally and support team meetings.
